A Socio-Economic History of Cybercrime (Jonathan Lusthaus, ongoing book project)

While cybercrime is a cutting-edge topic, which calls to the future, this book project takes a counterintuitive
approach and looks to the past. The central research question is how well the model of countries like Russia can explain the appearance and persistence of cybercrime in other major hubs around the world.
