The connect@CHG Genomics Data Forum is a short & informal slice of science on Tuesday mornings, and aims to provide a forum for discussion around genomics data and to promote networking and collaboration. We host talks that include data in a broad sense that includes discussion of technologies, novel datasets, analysis methods and recent research with contributions from groups inside and outside the centre and externally.

Our speaker this week is Dr Annie Forster who completed her DPhil in malaria genetics at the Centre for Human Genetics last year and is now working at the Sydney Infectious Diseases Institute .
