Distinguished pianists and pedagogues Ewa Kupiec and Rustem Hayroudinoff work with student pianists

Friday, 29 May 2026, 1.15pm to 3.15pm

Distinguished pianists and pedagogues Ewa Kupiec (Hanover University of Music, Drama, and Media, Germany) and Rustem Hayroudinoff (Royal Academy of Music, London) work with University of Oxford music finalists. In this unique format audiences and students have the benefit of hearing two approaches to technique, interpretation and style. Rather than a tradition master-apprentice model to the masterclass, here we explore how the piano is a place of intergenerational and intercultural negotiation, discussion, and artistic exchange.
