Screening followed by Q&A with Director Yang Feng

Railway Heroes is a Chinese war action film directed by Yang Feng. Inspired by the true stories of Railway Unit members active between 1935 and 1945, the film is set during the Second Sino-Japanese War and follows the heroic fighters in Shandong as they draw on courage and cunning to resist the enemy. In 2022, Railway Heroes was shortlisted for the Golden Deer Award at the 17th China Changchun Film Festival.
