We will have a plenary session with a talk by Professor Sallie Lamb, Professor Lamb is the Pro-Vice-Chancellor and Executive Dean for the Faculty of Health and Life Sciences at the University of Exeter. The talk title will be: 'Leadership in an academic setting: insights into developing skills, expertise and team working'. There will also be presentations from clinical academic trainees from a variety of specialties.
