 ion\, technological sovereignty\, and resource security.\n\nModerated by P
 rofessor Ngaire Woods\, Dean of the Blavatnik School\, the townhall will h
 ear from speakers including Benedikt Franke\, Vice-Chairman and Chief Exec
 utive Officer of the Munich Security Conference\, and Janina Dill\, Profes
 sor in Global Security and Co-Director of the Oxford Institute for Ethics\
