 ty. \n\nThis next session in our series proposes the construction of a ‘
 Welly’ Index for Argentina as a holistic alternative to traditional deve
 lopment metrics. Using data from the National Nutrition and Health Survey 
 (ENNyS 2018)\, the research evaluates well-being across seven core dimensi
 ons: Health\, Nutrition\, Education\, Decent Employment\, Relational and P
 hysical Well-being\, Housing\, and Basic Services using 17 indicators. The
  index utilizes the Alkire-Foster methodology for multidimensional poverty
  measurement\, adapted here to measure well-being in a manner similar to B
 hutan’s Gross National Happiness Index. By shifting the focus from the a
 bsence of resources to the presence of the conditions necessary for integr
 al human development\, the Welly Index offers a new narrative for assessin
 g national progress.
