DESCRIPTION:Part of the webinar series Unravelling T Cell Recognition: Ins
ights from Immunology and AI.\n\nT cells recognise specific antigens in ca
ncer\, infection\, and autoimmunity through highly diverse T cell receptor
s (TCRs)\, yet systematically mapping TCR specificity at scale remains a m
ajor challenge in immunology.\n\nIn this webinar\, Dr Stephanie Gaglione (
Gladstone Institutes) will present new scalable experimental and functiona
l screening platforms designed to decode antigen-specific T cell recogniti
on. The talk will cover TCRAFT\, a modular approach for rapid large-scale
TCR reconstruction while preserving native chain pairing\, alongside RAPTR
and VelociRAPTR technologies for high-throughput receptor–ligand screen
ing across millions of TCR variants and peptide antigens.\n\nThese approac
hes provide new opportunities to understand\, engineer\, and therapeutical
ly manipulate antigen-specific immune responses across autoimmunity\, infe
ction\, and cancer immunotherapy.\n\nHosted by Prof Hashem Koohy\, Associa
te Professor of Systems Immunology\, University of Oxford.
