  their career development with greater confidence and clarity. It offers p

 futures\, and engage in structured peer discussions to share insights and 
 challenges.\nParticipants will use design-thinking approaches to consider 
 different career scenarios. The session then moves into goal setting and p
 eer advice-sharing\, helping researchers to build practical short-term pla
 ns and identify supportive resources and networks.\nParticipants are intro
 duced to key tools and services available through Oxford to support their 
 development as they prepare for their next step\, whatever that may be.\n\
