DESCRIPTION:Mansfield College presents the fifth in its professional terml
 y concert series on Saturday 16 May at 7pm.\n\nThanks to donations from an
  anonymous individual\, and kind support from alumnus Mr Jan Fischer (PPE\
 , 1987)\, these funded concerts will be offered free of charge to the publ
 ic\, as well as to members of Mansfield. The concerts will be held in Chap
 el once a term\, and are an hour in length\, without interval.\n\nThe conc
 ert will feature young clarinettist George Blakesley\, a recent graduate o
 f the Royal Northern College of Music and Fellow of Sinfonia Smith Square\
 , in a programme of English music for clarinet and bass clarinet. Composer
 s will include Finzi\, Elgar\, Bliss and Paul Reade. The pianist will be J
 ames Brown.\n\nYou are warmly invited to attend this free concert\, which 
 forms part of the artistic offering to the city and community by Mansfield
  College.\n\nNo registration required\, just turn up!
