 l fully prepared to do so.\n\nThis seminar is designed for early career pr
 ofessionals and students who may soon find themselves responsible for lead
 ing others in high-performance environments. The discussion will focus on 
 how effective leaders maintain high standards\, build trust\, hold others 
 accountable\, and achieve excellence without losing humility\, professiona
 lism\, or perspective.\n\nThe session will include candid discussion and m
 entorship from military leaders with operational experience leading organi
