  staff and aims to provide an introduction to the fundamentals of human fa
 ctors in healthcare.\n \nThe course introduces participants to basic human
  factors frameworks\, including the Systems Engineering Initiative for Pat
 ient Safety (SEIPS)\, and focuses on practical applications in the workpla
 ce to improve understanding of systems in healthcare.\n \nThis course  wil
