DESCRIPTION:The Earth System Dynamics research day will be held from 9.30-
 16.00 on Friday 22nd May 2026 in the East Lab. \n\nThe aim of the event is
  to showcase the diversity of physical geography focused research undertak
 en across SoGE and its component research institutes\, to foster and deepe
 n connections between the research clusters\, and to explore the potential
  for collaborative research initiatives. \n\nThe event will consist of a p
 rogramme of talks and posters covering the full breadth of research undert
 aken in the department\, including but not limited to climate\, ecology\, 
 geomorphology\, and hydrology. Time will also be available for informal ne
 tworking and discussion of potential collaboration opportunities. We encou
 rage contributions from participants from all career stages\, as well as u
 ndergraduate and masters students. \n\nThere is no registration fee. Lunch
  and coffee will be provided\, and there will be a networking drinks event
  at the end of the day.
