DESCRIPTION:Join us for a digital scholarship coffee gathering - tea and c
 offee will be provided.\n\nAt this session Giovanna Di Martino and Claire 
 Kenward will talk about 'Encoding Reception: TEI\, Machine Learning\, and 
 the Infrastructures of Performance Research with Audiovisual Collections'.
  \n\nDr Claire Kenward is Archivist at Oxford's Archive of Performances of
  Greek and Roman Drama (APGRD) at Oxford and is responsible for the APGRD'
 s collections\, databases\, and the digital development strategy. She is R
 esearch Project Manager on the APGRD’s Digital Ancient Theatre project a
 nd is co-author\, co-curator\, and designer of the APGRD’s interactive/m
 ultimedia ebooks. Claire has curated a number of exhibitions at Oxford's F
 aculty of Classics and at St Hilda's JdP Music Building. She began working
  for the APGRD in 2013 as an early career associate researching the influe
 nce of ancient epics on medieval and early modern drama\, a topic on which
  she has published a number of articles and chapters.\n\n \n\nDr Giovanna 
 Di Martino is Community and Project Manager for the AHRC-funded Digital Hu
 manities project Data/Culture at the University of Oxford's School of Anth
 ropology and team member on the John Fell-funded Exploring Digital Futures
  project at Oxford's Archive of Performances of Greek and Roman Drama. She
  is also Honorary Leventis Fellow at UCL (2024-2027)\, and Fellow at the H
 arvard's Centre for Hellenic Studies (2026-2027). She develops new forms o
 f collaborative engagement between technical professionals\, scholars\, an
 d datasets. She is also co-Principal Investigator of a BA/Leverhulme proje
 ct on Greek drama in Strasbourg (1540–1609)\, where she combines theatre
  practice\, digital humanities\, and textual analysis. For more informatio
