 DPIR Equality\, Diversity and Inclusion (EDI) Research Spotlight event. SS
 D EDI events are intended to shine a spotlight on the contribution of SSD 
 researchers to the broad field of scholarship on equality\, diversity\, an
 d inclusion. The aim is to highlight that EDI is not just a matter of mana
 gement of people and organisations\, but also an intellectual challenge an
 d a thriving academic field in which SSD researchers play a leading role w
