Dr Stephanie Gaglione (Gladstone Institutes) presents scalable experimental platforms for reconstructing and screening T

Monday, 1 June 2026, 3pm to 4pm

Part of the webinar series Unravelling T Cell Recognition: Insights from Immunology and AI.

T cells recognise specific antigens in cancer, infection, and autoimmunity through highly diverse T cell receptors (TCRs), yet systematically mapping TCR specificity at scale remains a major challenge in immunology.

In this webinar, Dr Stephanie Gaglione (Gladstone Institutes) will present new scalable experimental and functional screening platforms designed to decode antigen-specific T cell recognition. The talk will cover TCRAFT, a modular approach for rapid large-scale TCR reconstruction while preserving native chain pairing, alongside RAPTR and VelociRAPTR technologies for high-throughput receptor–ligand screening across millions of TCR variants and peptide antigens.

These approaches provide new opportunities to understand, engineer, and therapeutically manipulate antigen-specific immune responses across autoimmunity, infection, and cancer immunotherapy.

Hosted by Prof Hashem Koohy, Associate Professor of Systems Immunology, University of Oxford.
